We look for larger houses and commercial buildings that are underoccupied or no longer suited to family living, often generously proportioned, well located, and full of character, but working far below their potential. These are the buildings we reimagine as thriving shared homes.

Co-living only works when it's designed with care. Every resident gets a comfortable, well-appointed private room, while generous shared spaces, kitchens, living areas, workspaces, and gardens are planned to encourage connection without forcing it. We manage each project end to end. From acquisition and planning through design, conversion, and fit-out. On completion, many of our co-living properties are retained and operated under our Quarters Lettings Brand, reflecting our long-term commitment to our residents and the communities we build.
