Brentor Developments was formally established in 2020 as the development arm of Brentor Group. Having gone from strength to strength, proving its worth and delivering multiple prestigious projects across the commercial and residential sectors, the company continues to expand and plan for the future.

As with the wider group, Brentor Developments approaches every project firmly grounded in values that champion the preservation of our heritage alongside a strong social and environmental conscience.

RESIDENTIAL

We convert underused buildings into homes: offices to apartments, listed properties to residences, larger houses to shared and co-living accommodation. The work is concentrated across Southern England. On completion, we either sell or retain the properties

CO-LIVING & HMOS

Co-living answers a straightforward problem: professional tenants priced out of one-bedroom flats and unwilling to compromise on where they live. Our schemes pair private rooms with generous shared space, in buildings and locations that carry a premium. Designed, converted and managed entirely in-house.

COMMERCIAL

Our commercial holdings provide the ballast in the portfolio: longer leases, stronger covenants, and income that behaves differently to residential and hospitality. We buy well-located buildings with sound fundamentals, improve them, and hold them. Letting and management are handled by our own team.

HOSPITALITY & HOTELS

We run serviced apartments across the south of England, managed by our in-house team. Foxglove Hotels combines our love of English Heritage and our long background in Hospitality. It is the next step: great English country houses restored as luxury hotels, each with a wellness centre. The first is a listed property in substantial grounds.
