The Quarters Letting & Property Management Team
Quarters our in house lettings company opened in 2025 and offers a dedicated, specialist lettings service with every aspect managed in-house, from maintenance to property inspections. The team undergo regular training to keep on top of continually changing legislation and is frequently praised by landlords and tenants alike for their friendly professionalism, thoroughness and reliability.
Our Lettings team works closely with our investment and development teams and covers property lettings across our own portfolio, our investment clients' portfolios and any other landlord who feels they can benefit from our team's services. We care passionately about doing an excellent job for all our landlords and tenants.
The Team have vast experience in the HMO sector, Block Management and BTLs and operate across Southern England
