We convert them into modern apartments, making the most of their generous floorplates, established locations, and existing transport links. The result is quality housing in places people already want to live — without building on a single greenfield site.

Historic buildings deserve a future as well as a past. We sensitively restore listed properties and return them to residential use, working closely with conservation officers and heritage specialists to protect the character that makes each building special. Original features are retained and celebrated; modern comforts are woven in with care.

We manage each development from acquisition through planning, design, and construction to completion. Some properties are sold on completion; others are retained within the Brentor portfolio, reflecting our long-term commitment to the homes we create and the areas we work in.
